The most common reason for a disabled account is the lack of an appropriate primary photo or not posting a primary photo of yourself at all. Additionally, if the email address on your account bounces back to us we may disable you're account. To request that your account be enabled contact us here. Put "enable account" in the subject area. You're account will be reviewed and enabled again for 24 hours. During that time you'll need to upload a face or body picture of yourself or update your email address to a valid email account to which you have access. If no photo is uploaded or email address updated, your account will be permanently deleted.

If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!

To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.

You're email address is NOT visible to anyone. It's simply used to login to the site and to verify that you're a person when signing up. Notifications from the site are also sent to this address.

Your photos should meet the following requirements to avoid upload issues.

Image Types: jpeg, jpg, gif, and png.
Image Width: Maximum of 600 pixels wide.
Image File Size: 1MB (1000 kb) or less
Image Pixels per Inch: 72 pixels per inch

Posting video to your profile is a simply copy and paste. Copy your "embed" code from YouTube or another provider, then paste it into the Video field under the edit profile tab.Your video will now show on your profile.

Once Logged in go to the "My Things" menu. From the drop down menu select "photos". Our site a bit more advanced in that you have the ability to set up separate Photo Albums. Simply create an album from this page and start adding photos. If you want an album of just photos for your buddies you can do that by creating a separate album and changing the viewing preferences on the page. Here's the direct url to start creating albums. Once logged in simply go to your user albums page . Once there select "edit album" next to the album with the photos you'd like to delete or edit. On the next page place a checkmark next to the photos you'd like to remove and hit delete at the bottom of the page.

If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. Visit the Account Settings page to learn how to block people. If someone continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can report them here.

You can report spam, child pornography, or any other inappropriate content not related to bears and/or the communityhere, or by clicking the "Report" link on the page containing the content you wish to report.
